The Circuit

A cricket, business and tourism network running from India through the Gulf into Africa. Three operating companies, one financing layer, and a Zambian entity that holds the title deeds.

The shape of it

Capital from the Gulf, structure from India, assets in Africa

The SriYentra Group works one corridor rather than several markets. Capital is sourced in the Gulf and structured under Emirati and ADGM frameworks. The operating playbook was written in India. The next generation of assets sits in East and Southern Africa.

India

Where the structure was proven. SriYantra Education Catalysts has been building K‑12 campuses since 2024 on a model that separates the investor's return from the operator's surplus entirely.

The Gulf

Where the capital and the licences sit. SriYentra Group is held in Dubai, the cricket rights are held by a Dubai LLC, and ALTXRA is pursuing full authorisation in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Africa

Where the assets go. Rwanda, Zambia and Malawi through cricket; Zambia through this company, which can hold land, build on it and operate it under Zambian law.

The three engines

Each one solves a problem the other two cannot

Engine one · Cricket

It creates the demand

ESA T20, operated by SriYentra Sports Services LLC, brings a professional fixture calendar to Rwanda, Zambia and Malawi. A calendar is contracted, repeating use — the thing a stadium, a hotel or a coach fleet needs before anyone will finance it.

Engine two · Education

It proves the structure

SriYantra Education Catalysts has spent two years building K‑12 campuses in India on a simple principle: the investor's return comes from arm's-length rent, licence and service fees, never from the school's surplus. The same separation works for a ground or a lodge.

Engine three · Tokenisation

It opens the ownership

ALTXRA is building a regulated route for many investors to hold fractions of a single ring-fenced asset. It is pre-licence and pre-revenue, and it is the piece that would let a Zambian ground or campus be owned by more than a handful of people.

And this company is where it touches the ground

Demand, structure and financing are worth nothing until somebody holds the title deed and signs the building contract. SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited is the Zambian entity that can do both.

Worked through

How a cricket ground becomes an investable asset

This is the sequence the circuit is designed to make possible. It describes an intention, not a transaction that has happened.

A league commits to dates

ESA T20 schedules matches in a market. A fixture list turns speculative demand into a calendar a lender or an owner can look at.

A local entity acquires the site

SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited, incorporated in Lusaka and answerable to Zambian courts, takes title. Land tenure and traditional-authority consents are cleared before anything is committed.

The asset is ring-fenced

One asset, one vehicle. The building's obligations do not touch the league's balance sheet and the league's risks do not touch the building.

Use is contracted at arm's length

The venue earns rent, licence and service fees from the league and from other users, on terms an independent party would accept. The operator's trading result stays the operator's.

Ownership is widened

Once ALTXRA is authorised, fractions of that ring-fenced vehicle can be held by many investors rather than a few, with the asset's cash flow distributed to them.

The surrounding economy fills in

Accommodation, catering, ground transport and tour operations around a fixture calendar are separate businesses with the same demand signal. That is where cricket meets tourism.

Where it stands

What is real today

The circuit is a strategy in execution, not a finished machine. Stated plainly:

Signed and operating

Multi-year rights agreements with three national cricket boards. An education business with live projects in India. A Dubai holding structure formed in 2024. A Zambian company incorporated and on the PACRA register.

In progress

ESA T20's first season, planned for Kigali in July 2027 subject to final ICC date sanctioning approval. ALTXRA's application for authorisation in ADGM. This company's first acquisitions and its local operating bench.

Not yet started

Any purpose-built sports venue. Any tokenised African asset. Any fractional offering to investors. None of these exist, and this site does not suggest otherwise.

What that means for you

If you are assessing the Group, assess the agreements and the entities that exist, not the diagram. If you are looking to build with us, the early positions are the ones still open.
