Investment Mandate

Ten registered lines of business, chosen so that one entity can own the land, build on it, hold it, supply it and move what comes off it.

Registered activities

What the company is licensed to do

These are the nature-of-business activities recorded against registration number 120261040094 at incorporation, classified to ISIC Revision 4. Mixed farming is the declared main activity.

Registration of an activity permits the company to engage in it. It does not indicate that operations have commenced in that line, and sector-specific licences are obtained separately where the law requires them.

Where the ten lines point

Four clusters, one supply chain

The registered activities are not a scatter of unrelated permissions. Grouped by what they actually do, they describe a single integrated position — and between them they cover almost everything a sports or hospitality development needs.

Principal activity

Agriculture and land

Mixed farming (0150). Crop and livestock production on assembled, title-clear land, improved with irrigation, storage and mechanisation and operated under professional management. The World Bank puts Zambia's arable land at around 40 million hectares and notes that almost half the population works in agriculture while the sector contributes 8.2 percent of GDP. The distance between those two facts is where the return sits.

Minerals and industrial supply

Other mining and quarrying (0899), support activities for mining and quarrying (0990), wholesale of metals and metal ores (4662). We are not a copper miner. We are interested in the industrial economy that has to exist around one: aggregate and dimension stone, contract services, and the trade in metals and ores that a growing Copperbelt generates.

Built environment

Construction of buildings (4100), real estate with own or leased property (6810), real estate on a fee or contract basis (6820). Warehousing, agri-processing sheds, staff and student accommodation, commercial and light industrial space — and the pavilions, stands and changing facilities a sports venue needs. Built to hold, occasionally built and managed for third parties.

Trade, transport and processing

Non-specialised wholesale trade (4690), freight transport by road (4923), manufacture of malt liquors and malt (1103). Zambia is landlocked with eight neighbours, so haulage is both a cost line and a business. The malting permission exists because barley and sorghum grown on our own land are worth more processed than sold raw.

Underwriting

How a Zambian asset gets to yes

Title and tenure before anything else

Land tenure in Zambia runs through both state and customary systems. Nothing advances until title, conversion status, boundaries and any traditional-authority consents have been established by Zambian counsel.

Water, power and road

An asset without reliable water, a workable power solution and a road that carries a loaded truck in the wet season is not an asset. These are underwritten as hard requirements, not as upside.

A named operator

We commit only where there is an identified operating partner or in-house manager who will actually run the thing, with terms agreed in advance and aligned to performance.

Offtake or occupancy

Contracted demand ahead of capital deployment wherever the sector allows it: a buyer for the crop, a tenant for the shed, a fixture list for the ground.

Currency and repatriation modelled honestly

Kwacha revenue against any hard-currency obligation is stress-tested at the outset, and the cost and mechanics of moving money are modelled rather than assumed away.

An exit we would not need

Every case has to work if nobody ever buys it. If the numbers only close on a resale assumption, we pass.

Boundaries

What we do not do

  • We do not take deposits, manage third-party money in Zambia, or operate as a financial services provider of any kind.
  • We do not offer securities or investment interests through this website.
  • We do not hold or trade cricket rights — those sit with SriYentra Sports Services LLC in Dubai.
  • We do not speculate on land held purely for resale, with no operating plan behind it.
  • We do not hold interests in mining licences we are not equipped to operate or oversee.
  • We do not enter arrangements that cannot be disclosed to counterparties, lenders or the registry.
