esat20.comHome / The Group
A Dubai holding structure formed in 2024, built around operating companies that finance, construct and hold physical assets across South Asia, the Gulf and Africa.

SriYentra Group was formed in Dubai in 2024 as a multi-venture holding structure. Its companies have one habit in common: they put up real things and then keep them. School campuses in India. A cricket league built with three national federations. Farmland, warehousing and haulage in Zambia. A regulated platform in Abu Dhabi designed to let ordinary investors own fractions of exactly that kind of asset.
The corridor the Group works is Dubai to India to Africa. Capital is sourced in the Gulf and structured under Emirati and ADGM frameworks; the assets sit in South Asia and in East and Southern Africa.
