The Company
SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated at Lusaka on 30 January 2026 and wholly aligned to the SriYentra Group's Southern African strategy.
A local entity, not a foreign desk
The Group could have held its Zambian interests through Dubai and flown people in. It chose not to. Assets in agriculture, mining supply and construction are governed by Zambian statute, licensed by Zambian authorities, staffed by Zambian people and judged by Zambian counterparties. A company registered in Lusaka, filing returns in Lusaka and carrying obligations under the Companies Act, 2017 is answerable in the same place as the assets it owns.
That choice also sets the horizon. A locally incorporated holder of land and buildings has no natural exit date, which suits the way the Group prefers to invest: buy or build something real, improve it, run it properly, and let the cash flow rather than the resale price do the work.
What the company does
The certificate records ten lines of business, with mixed farming as the principal activity. Those ten lines are not an aspiration list. They were selected so that a single entity can own farmland, put up the buildings on it, hold or manage the property, buy and move the inputs and outputs, and supply the mining sector that dominates the country's export economy, without needing a new vehicle each time.
The full mandate, line by line
Where things stand
The company is in its first financial year, which closes on 30 January 2027. It is building its initial positions and its local advisory and operating bench. We publish no portfolio, no assets under management and no returns, because there are none yet to publish. When there are, they will appear here with the same particularity as the statutory record alongside.

Five things we hold to
Own the asset, not the story
We would rather hold a smaller thing outright and run it well than syndicate a larger one and manage a narrative. Ownership concentrates the mind.
Build the local bench first
Zambian management, Zambian counsel, Zambian accountants and Zambian suppliers, engaged before capital is committed rather than after something has gone wrong.
Finance the whole chain
A farm without storage, a quarry without haulage or a ground without an access road is an unfinished asset. We underwrite the chain, not the headline component.
Keep the register clean
One entity, one register, filings on time, and a statutory record any counterparty can check without asking us for it.
Say what is true today
Plans are described as plans. Projections are labelled as projections. A company four financial quarters old does not need to sound older than it is.
Institutional capital does not buy narratives. It buys predictability, enforceable structures, protected downside, and the confidence that an asset can endure. Anshul Raj Garg · Group Chief Executive, SriYentra Group
