SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited publishes this website for information only. The notices below apply to every page, every figure and every statement on it, including anything reproduced from it elsewhere. Where a notice conflicts with a page, the notice prevails.

1. No offer, no solicitation, no financial services

To state it as plainly as possible:

• The company does not solicit investment from the public or from any private person through this website.
• The company is not a licensed financial services provider in Zambia, the United Arab Emirates, India or anywhere else, and does not hold itself out as one.
• The company does not manage money for third parties, accept deposits, operate a collective investment scheme, or issue securities, units or tokens.
• No page here is a prospectus, an information memorandum, a private placement memorandum or a financial promotion.
• Nothing here has been approved or registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia, the Bank of Zambia, the Patents and Companies Registration Agency, or any regulator in any other jurisdiction.
• Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to take any action. Take your own independent professional advice.

Any future fundraising by the company, if it happens at all, would be conducted through properly constituted documents, with the professional advisers and regulatory permissions the law requires at that time, and to persons eligible to receive it. It would not be conducted through this website.

2. ALTXRA and tokenisation

References on this site to ALTXRA, tokenisation or fractional ownership describe a separate company within the SriYentra Group and a capability it is seeking to build. ALTXRA is pre-licence, pre-revenue and has not been authorised by the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority or by any other regulator. No tokenised asset exists, no fractional interest has been offered, and no asset of this company has been tokenised or is committed to being tokenised. Nothing on this site invites anyone to acquire any token, certificate or fractional interest.

3. Cricket, ESA T20 and ICC date sanctioning

Additionally:

• The ESA T20 league is operated by SriYentra Sports Services LLC of Dubai. SriYentra Investments Zambia Limited is a separate legal entity, holds no rights under the league's agreements with any cricket board, and speaks for itself only.
• The rights agreements with the Zambia Cricket Union, the Rwanda Cricket Association and Cricket Malawi are commercial agreements between those federations and the operator. Their existence does not mean any season, fixture or venue has been approved.
• Any statement about franchises, viewership, market size or league scale is the operator's and is indicative. It is not audited, not warranted by this company, and not a forecast of any financial outcome.
• Sports infrastructure described on this site as a possibility has not been commissioned, financed, designed or built. No stadium, ground or facility project has been committed to.

4. Zambian law and regulatory compliance

The company's registered particulars can be verified independently against the PACRA register at pacra.org.zm using registration number 120261040094, and the Certificate of Incorporation is published on this site in full. The company does not claim any licence, permit, concession or approval it does not hold. Where a page describes an activity the company intends to undertake, that activity will be undertaken only once the applicable Zambian licences and approvals are in place.

The company was incorporated on 30 January 2026 and is in its first financial year, which closes on 30 January 2027. It has no published portfolio, no assets under management and no track record of returns. Nothing on this site should be read as implying otherwise.
